I Thought Music Was My Calling. Life Had Other Plans.

I dropped out of school in the ninth grade, opened my first business at 16, and

somehow found my way into a life I never could have planned. Frank Sinatra

heard me sing and encouraged me to pursue it professionally. I performed in Las

Vegas, was approached by Universal Records, and Buddy Greco wanted to produce me.

It seemed as though music was going to be my story.  But then I was faced with a choice that changed the course of my life.
